2–3 weeks

We audit your workflows, map your tech stack and assess your security obligations, then tell you which jobs AI should do, which it should not, and whether the case is strong enough to act on now. Some organisations should wait, and we will say so.

Implement

4–12 weeks

We set up AI with proper security controls, build workflows around your teams, train the people who will supervise the output, and document what was decided and why. The design follows how your organisation actually works.

Embed

3–6 months

Extending what works into the rest of the organisation, at the pace it can absorb. Process redesign where it is warranted, governance for responsible use, capability building for the people accountable for the work, and periodic review as the tools change.
